Fan Canvas Brew Pub

This two-story mixed-use office and retail building is anchored by a brew pub. Rising on the site of a former refinery, the project reclaims a brownfield. Inside, the brewery embraces its industrial roots with a refined warehouse aesthetic. Polished concrete floors are inlaid with the company's logo, while exposed structure and glass partitions invite guests to glimpse the brewing process just beyond the bar. A modern fireplace anchors the dining room, framed by expansive windows that open views to the adjacent river beyond. The curving bar mirrors the form of the gas-fired pizza oven, weaving function and experience into a unified architectural gesture.

Outdoor spaces extend the dining and social atmosphere. A ground-level patio spills into the landscape and leads to a string-lit rooftop terrace that offers panoramic views of the golf course, riverfront, distant mountains, and city skyline.

The exterior palette blends regional character with industrial references. A river rock base grounds the building, smooth galvanized panels define the brewery, and stained weathered wood siding softens the massing with warmth and texture. Corten steel canopies and timber accents recall the site's industrial past while rooting the building in its local context. At the entry, a corten-clad water tower marks the brew pub entrance with iconic presence; within, it conceals a rooftop "godfather booth".
